    Jaeden Carter—an accomplished U.S. Marine Corps veteran, former law enforcement officer, and private security leader—our company is built on a foundation of service and a passion for protection.

    Jaeden’s career spans over a decade of high-level security roles, from tactical communications in the Marines to patrol duty with the Red Willow County Sheriff’s Office, and leadership positions at both the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and Allied Universal. Today, he leads JG&A Company USA with one goal in mind: to deliver smarter, stronger, and more dependable security solutions for clients across residential, commercial, and government sectors.

  • Chief Investigator & Advisor

    John Carter Sr. brings over four decades of leadership, service, and investigative expertise to his role as Chief Investigator and Advisor at JG&A Company USA. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran with 11 years of military service and 32 years in law enforcement, John’s career reflects an unwavering commitment to justice, discipline, and public safety.

    Throughout his distinguished tenure, John has served in key leadership positions including Chief of Police for the city of Crofton Nebraska and Chief Deputy of Dundy County Nebraska, overseeing complex investigations, managing large-scale operations, and guiding personnel with integrity and strategic vision. His deep knowledge of criminal law is reinforced by his achievement as a Creighton law school graduate, further enhancing his ability to lead with both tactical precision and legal insight.

    As Chief Advisor and Investigator, John brings a commanding presence, a wealth of experience, and a mission-first mindset to every case. His leadership plays a pivotal role in upholding the values of Honor, Service, and Safety that define JG&A Company USA


  • Deputy Director (Security Operations)

    Justin Carter is a U.S. Air Force veteran and security operations leader with a strong background in military intelligence, crisis management, and strategic leadership. As a former Weapons Director in the Air Force, Justin was responsible for directing fighter aircraft during air-to-ground missions, coordinating real-time combat operations, and ensuring mission success through precise situational awareness and communication.

    At JG&A Company USA, he leverages his experience in critical operations, team coordination, and intelligence analysis to ensure operational excellence and client safety. Known for his mission-focused approach and commitment to service, Justin plays a vital role in delivering responsive, reliable, and results-driven security solutions.
